Save the Date! On October 14th and 15th, 2026, we warmly invite you to the All About Automation (AAA) fair in Düsseldorf. The autumn fair offers a wide range of innovations that are shaping the future of automation technology. We feel right at home, especially in the field of efficiency. The use and operation of gripping systems in combination with the QuickMOVE modular systems is our focus at our 2026 booth. We’d be happy to introduce you to the related concepts.

We look forward to seeing you at the fair. You’ll find us at booth 716! Your physical well-being will be taken care of at the fair.

quickmove messeteam logimatLogiMAT 2025 was a complete success for QuickMOVE – not just because we were able to present our flexible 3D conveyor system to a wide audience of professionals, but also because the trade fair once again proved how much innovative power comes from good collaboration. A strong trade fair team: QuickMOVE and Rocholz as a system partner of Rocholz GmbH, we were part of a trade show presentation that focused on practical solutions for the challenges of intralogistics. The combination of ergonomically designed packing tables and intelligent conveyor technology impressively demonstrated how digitalization, space optimization, and process improvement can go hand in hand. Ralph Roth, Managing Director of Rocholz GmbH, put it succinctly: "As a system partner for logistics, LogiMAT, with its international focus, is the most important industry trade fair for us each year."

Thomas Bruese: "We’re excited that we could help shape this event – with one of our exhibits: the QuickMOVE conveyor system, which transports materials overhead in a resource-efficient way, freeing up valuable floor space."

Innovation through Collaboration:

QuickMOVE and Kersten Join Forces for the Latest Generation of Conveyor Systems

The successful partnership between QuickMOVE and Kersten shows how two experts combine their strengths to deliver an innovative and high-quality solution for the logistics challenges of the future.Evolution: a New Generation of Conveyor SystemsQuickMOVE, known for its expertise in flexible intralogistics systems, offers tailored solutions fully aligned with the specific requirements of the customer. "Our newest product is QuickMOVE Evolution, a conveyor system that, thanks to its modular structure, is completely tailored to the route desired by the customer," explains Peter Heppelmann, Technical Managing Director of QuickMOVE. A key element of these conveyor systems is the curved tracks. The system can convey not only horizontally but also vertically and with tight curves. "We've been working with Kersten on the curved track sections for many years, and we've continued this pleasant collaboration for QuickMOVE Evolution."

Curved Parts: The Role of Kersten

The curves in a conveyor system allow for flexible configuration and adaptation of the route to the available space, as well as functioning in tight or densely built environments. The production of these curved segments requires specific knowledge and expertise in aluminum bending, which is why QuickMOVE has partnered with Kersten, the bending technology specialist. Manuel Hartmann, Sales Manager at Kersten GmbH, explains further: "We already provided consulting during the development phase on the ideal design of the profile cross-section, in order to manufacture cost-effectively and to high-quality standards, while ensuring the profile retains its functionality during bending." Heppelmann adds: "We take Kersten's advice to heart. After all, a perfect curve shape is crucial for the overall performance and efficiency of our system. It prevents unnecessary wear and tear.

Innovation through Collaboration: A Profitable Synergy
Successful collaboration leads to a new generation of support systems. Manuel Hartmann from Kersten: “Working with QuickMOVE is extremely professional and partnership-driven. The company stands out for its innovative strength, solution-oriented approach, and high-quality standards – values that are also highly appreciated at Kersten. Together, we combine our expertise to develop optimal technical and economic solutions.”

About Kersten
Kersten specializes in bending technology and the production of bent assemblies and structures. The German production site is entirely dedicated to aluminum. Here, aluminum profiles are bent according to customer specifications, mechanically processed with 5-axis machining, treated with surface and/or heat treatments, and (pre-)assembled.

QuickMOVE Evolution – we now have a conveyor rail that is smaller, lighter, and significantly cheaper than the well-known QuickMOVE rail. Still, it is sufficient for many applications. The principle is the same: we can reach any point in 3D space. For our conveyor system, there are virtually no spatial limitations. The layout can be horizontal, vertical, inclined, or any curved route in space, and the system can be installed in very tight spaces. The QuickMOVE conveyor system consists of an extruded aluminum profile as the guide rail, made up of straight segments and curved segments. Trains, consisting of trolleys and connecting rods, run inside the guide rail. Custom-designed transport units (workpiece carriers) can be mounted on the trolleys at 160 mm intervals (QM 200mm). The trains are driven by motors attached to the guide rail in a decentralized manner using toothed belts.

The control of the conveyor system is based on a simple PLC programming, which can be individually expanded and adapted to the specific applications. The number and position of the loading and unloading stations can be designed freely, and the route is extremely flexible due to the small radii and the ability to shape it in three-dimensional space. Thanks to the modular structure, the system can be set up, modified, or expanded very easily.
